The primary function of this role is to maintain all responsibility of front desk activities. Maintenance, purchasing and keeping inventory of office supplies. Visiting public offices, vendors and dealing with visitors. Assisting head of Finance & Administration.                   

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising front desk and telephone extension.
  • Managing the office supplies of stationary, toiletries, kitchen material etc.
  • Vendor relations for printing of materials, flex etc.
  • Purchasing office furniture, cleaning material, grocery for office.
  • Going to public offices and also managing matter outside of the company.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Ensure all activities in accordance with companywide information security policies and procedures as per ISO 27000 and 9000 requirements.
  • Communicating and dealing with government institutions and local administration including but not limited to WAPDA, society administration.
  • Keeping entry records
