A Customer Service Representative in Adam Bernards Solicitors is responsible for providing professional and courteous customer support and assistance to clients and potential clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients and potential clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Responding to client inquiries about legal services, fees, and processes.
  • Scheduling appointments with manager and coordinating meetings between manager and clients.
  • Assisting with billing and collections processes.
  • Providing general administrative support to the law firm.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
  • Providing excellent customer service experience to clients to help maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure following Customer Service script provided by Company.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Have a depths Knowledge of MS Office and data Entry.
