Duty Station: Islamabad

Job Nature: Fixed Term – 7 months

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist HR Manager in recruitment, personnel management and maintenance of HR records.

·         Assistant Manager Finance in daily finance tasks.

·         Daily filing/Record keeping for HR & Finance.

·         Liaison with the bank and suppliers on financial matters.

·         Liaison with employees and consultants on HR matters.

·         Assist in petty cash management for Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar Office.

·         Ensure that all recruitment and personnel files are complete as per client and organisational policies.

·         Ensure all finance vouchers are backed with supporting documentation.

·         Assist in processing of staff medical claims.

·         Ensure all payments are deposited/couriered/delivered to the recipients.

·         Consolidate overtime calculations for drivers and support staff for three offices.

·         Assist Manager HR in staff medical insurance correspondence/updates.

·         Assist Manager HR in contract updates and management.

·         Prepare monthly EOBI calculations, generate payment challan and ensure timely deposit.

·         Ensure all taxes are deposited timely in the government treasury.

·         Assist Manager Finance & Manager HR in audit coordination.

·         Consolidate staff leave record and ensure that it is timely updated.

·         Any other tasks assigned by Manager HR and Manager Finance.

Skills and Qualifications Required

·         Qualification: Masters in HR/Finance/Business Administration (with major in HR/Finance)

·         Experience:  3 - 5 years of professional work experience in HR / Finance

·         Required Skills:

·        Good written and verbal use of the English language.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a strong, trusting and productive working relationship with both clients and colleagues.

·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) especially in Excel.
