· Plan, implement and manage sales trainings as and when required.
· Manage and maintain in-house trainings inclusive of all arrangements / logistics pertaining to training.
· Execute external / partner trainings as and when required.
· Constantly review training material and provide constructive feedback.
· Assist line Manager in tasks as and when required.
· Recommend budget for training events and monitor costs during the program
· Generate and submit training reports / vouchers and results in timely manner.
