The monthly business incentive of a DM is based on average monthly business issued by the Business Unit. For this purpose, the DM is being validated (evaluated) quarterly, where the business incentive is payable in the 3 subsequent months, based on average monthly production of the previous quarter. F
A DM shall develop, motivate, and supervise a Business Unit consisting of 2 UMs (2 Sales Units), and personally lead a Sales Unit. The productive capacity of a Business Unit shall be equal to 3 Sales Units. The DM shall ensure renewals of policies within the Business Unit, according to persistency requirements.
