· Product Development in coordination with Actuarial and Risk Management, analyse new trend and markets for potential growth opportunities
· Partner with supervisor to explore and identify potential channels for expansion
· Ensure consistency in direct/indirect working relationships with internal stakeholder to deliver superior customer engagement business models including but not limited to Agency and Corporate Sales.
· Manage the takaful business unit in all underwriting, claims, regulatory, internal/external communication, compliance/legal and operational issues
· To ensure the compliance with SECP rules and regulations related to takaful business
· Conduct Shariah Compliant training sessions to include Shariah concept, various takaful product trends, AL Products and up-keep with regulatory affairs to inculcate latest knowledge and best practices of sales
· To develop and monitor takaful training content and program on regular basis with training department
· Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned including but not limited to new channel initiatives, contribution to marketing campaigns and training/launch activities
· To monitor and prepare report regarding competitor activities in all regions
· Responsible to design operational and after sales services structure for all partner banks
