Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the day to day tasks of the Department
- Draft and review agreements, commercial contracts and other legal documents to ensure protection of company’s legal rights and minimise exposure
- Review sales and marketing materials to ensure legal compliance
- Research and analyse relevant laws and regulations for impact assessment on business.
- Accompany the Senior Manager and the Manager Claims to FIO/SECP/Court proceedings.
Requirements
- Min. qualificiation LLB, with 0 - 1 years of expereince
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of labour law; transactional, commercial and corporate law and procedures.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
