• Design, Rollout and drive programs such as Eid Milan, Independence Day, Iftaar Dinner, Cricket Matches, Annual Picnic, Sports Carnival etc. to promote employee engagement
  • Conduct the employee engagement survey to identify the key OD areas to improve and develop an action plan at company as well as department level
  • Carry out quarterly Town Halls to encourage two-way communication between management and employees, and share business updates, make important announcements and distribute awards
  • Execution of Employee of the Quarter program to encourage employee recognition and spirit of taking initiatives, innovation and process improvements in the company
  • Roll-out of Employee Suggestion Programme on monthly basis, and sharing the feedback with the management
  • Act as a custodian for the Organization Values and Competency Booklet, and ensure that these are rolled out in the company
  • Engage with business leaders to address skills gaps, organizational transitions, and align training processes to business goals
  • Carryout Training Needs Analysis with the help of PDD and liaise with Line Managers/Departmental Heads
  • Design and implement functional and soft skills training & development programs to enhance capability of employees to create a highly competent and multi skilled workforce capable to meet upcoming business challenges
  • Make trainings more interactive, practical and closer to the business needs, introduce innovative & creative training tools & techniques. This may include OJTs, e-learning programs, presentations, videos, software etc.
  • Keep updated with all new training related systems, strategies and new related interventions in the modern world/industry
  • Inculcate a learning culture, design & develop attractive pre & post training launch campaigns to market training programs and make them more attractive for employees
  • Design interventions/ activities to help teams, departments or organization to achieve a goal or solve a problem
  • Work closely with HR to develop a strategy for onboarding employees that gives new hires the tools they need to succeed in the workplace
