- Conduct basic training (CTP) of sales force as per required by the regulator
- Developing and conducting training and team building workshops for channel partners' products, systems, operational processes, underwriting guidelines and relevant key areas to improve sales & support.
- Developing programs for internal staff and external stakeholders (Evaluate training needs of the sales force, all channels; design and conduct training modules accordingly)
- Monitoring and controlling of training budget
- Developing career transition program and other development programs.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants
