•Identify potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.

•Surveying new potential Branches in Central Punjab Region, Making Rental Contracts and developing New Branches as per Company’s needs.

•Recruiting and training office boys and allocate responsibilities along with assessing support staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

•Monitor inventory of supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to the budgetary constraint.

•Ensuring timely payment of all Utility Bills.

•Monitoring and auditing of Petty Cash of Central Region Branches.
