• Identify potential supplier sources and conduct interviews with potential vendors.
  • Negotiate and manage favorable supplier and vendor agreements.
  • Survey new potential branches in Region and develop Rental Contracts and as per Company’s needs.
  • Recruit and train office assistants, allocate responsibilities, assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to the budgetary constraint.
  • Ensuring timely payment of all Utility Bills.
  • Monitoring and audit Petty Cash of Regional Branches.
  • Day to day repair and maintenance of assigned region.
