Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will interact with the President, CEO, and all Managers.
Responsibilities:
Set goals and objectives and establish policies for various departments in the organization i.e. sales forecasting and planning, help establish procedures and put them into effect in consultation with other managers.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Oversee Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed Project services
Regular meetings with the President and CEO around Operational.

Qualifications
B.Sc. (CS or IT) with strong IT Background
At least 5 - 8 years’ proven experience in Operational Management preferably with an IT fast pace diverse environment
Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written and a collaborative management style.
Knowledge of government contract management and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse IT workplace
Excellent people manager, with a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Persuasive with details and facts and delegate responsibilities effectively
