We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team and promote our pharmaceutical portfolio across the Lahore region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct regular field visits and participate in health camps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Gather market intelligence and provide competitor insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including dermatologists and internal medicine specialists, to promote the agency’s pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct presentations to educate medical professionals on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective planning and territory management.
- Regularly travel within the assigned region to visit existing and potential clients, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies regarding pharmaceutical sales.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management to facilitate strategic planning.
