We are looking for a skilled Accounts Specialist to provide financial, accounts and clerical services and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. You will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Perform online day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts & Billing data.
Prepare and send out bills, invoices and other transactions.
Verify online billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Reviews and corrects claims edits and denials to ensure proper payment from services rendered.
Responsible for billing all secondary claims with the required documentation.
Must have QuickBooks experience
