Job Description for SQA
- Develop and Review Bug Reports and do the necessary follow up during the complete bug life cycle.
- Develop and Review test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts related to the module or project.
- Create and validate test data for functional components of web applications.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor task status.
- Implement software tools and technologies, testing techniques and procedures which facilitate the SQA process.
- Participate and contribute in analysis meetings.
- Assist Project leads in solving Quality Assurance issues.
- Facilitate meetings with system development staff throughout the test effort.
- Communicating with developers,Analyst and Client Services team concerning defects/bugs.
- Evaluate and test software programs to verify programs function according to user requirements.
- Assist in the transfer of fully tested software into operational versions, including the preparation and distribution of software and appropriate collateral materials to users.
- Plan and perform Load/Performance Testing.
