• Perform administrative duties to ensure proper and efficient functioning of the office.
  • Meet and greet visitors and provide necessary assistance by providing directions and accurate information related to office.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely, perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, preparing bills related to office work.
  • Support the program team in preparing logistics for meetings, events and other activities.
  • Maintain project records and documents.
  • Attend briefings, meetings and events, as directed by supervisor.
  • Provide support to Procurement and Logistics Manager.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
