Hiring 'Admin Officer' for a solutions & services provider. Energetic, pro active with excellent administrative skills are encouraged to apply. Must have their own bikes. Detailed JDs of the job are:

  • Office supplies purchase & inventory management.
  • Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison among departments, offices, individuals, and institutions on operational and programmatic matters concerning the Office.
  • Office cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Office repair and maintenance including but not limited to:
  • Electrical work
  • Plumbing work
  • Repair
  • Manages admin staff schedules
  • Office building and associated utilities maintenance.
