We are looking for a dedicated administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to the CEO by managing schedules, calls, and daily time management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule by organizing and prioritizing appointments and calls efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and document key action points.
- Monitor follow-ups to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time independently.
- Willingness to work according to the US time zone.
- Experience working with US clients is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
