We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support within our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office management, effective communication, scheduling, budgeting, and accurate record-keeping. This is a full-time contract position based in Lahore, offering a monthly salary of Rs60,000 for a duration of 24 months. Candidates must be prepared to commute or relocate to Lahore prior to commencing employment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Manage daily office activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents systematically. Ensure that office facilities are clean, well-maintained, and conducive to a productive work environment.

Communication Handling: Coordinate all internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Keep supervisors and relevant stakeholders informed of important updates and issues in a timely manner.

Scheduling and Planning: Arrange meetings and appointments with precision to optimize time management. Develop staff schedules and monitor adherence to deadlines. Maintain accurate attendance records and support recruitment activities as needed. Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Budgeting and Procurement: Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment while monitoring expenses to stay within budget limits. Assist with invoice processing and follow up on payments to ensure timely financial transactions.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports as requested by management. Maintain up-to-date administrative records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu languages
- Willingness and ability to commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work
- Commitment to working on-site at the Lahore office
