We are seeking a disciplined and highly organized Administrative Manager with a strong military background, preferably a retired Army officer. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing logistics, operations, human resources, or administration gained during their military career. This role requires exceptional leadership, integrity, and the ability to efficiently oversee multiple administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative operations across the organization to maintain efficiency and order.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures, protocols, and administrative systems.
- Supervise and lead support staff, including clerks, drivers, and security personnel, ensuring high performance and discipline.
- Manage facility operations such as security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination to support daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Coordinate with various departments for logistics, human resources, and resource planning to optimize workflow.
- Handle internal communications and assist in organizing events, meetings, and other corporate functions.
- Enforce discipline, time management, and uphold the office code of conduct consistently.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee procurement processes as required.
- Manage crisis response and conduct risk assessments using military-style planning and strategic techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Retired Army Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) with ranks such as Major, Captain, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 15 to 30 years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations within military service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is preferred.

Salary: Rs120,000 to Rs150,000 per month
