We are looking for a seasoned individual to join our journey of this dream project. The ideal candidate for the position of “Administrator – Canal City” is someone with passion and a drive to take part in the development, management and maintenance of this project. Some of the prerequisites for the position are as follows.
Retired Army personnel, preferably at colonel rank, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Maximum 55 years of age.
Experience in managing various aspects of day to day matters of managing a housing society. Including but not limited to:
1. Procurement and Asset Management
2. Ability to plan and execute security protocols, along with hiring and management of suitable security staff.
3. Use available admin resources effectively to manage vehicle fleets and general upkeep of the society.
4. Plan and execute various events to promote the image of the society.
5. In-depth understanding of land-related matters and associated by-laws.
6. Ability to liaise with local government authorities for matters such as obtaining necessary permissions and NOCs.
