We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admissions Coordinator to support the smooth management of student admissions across multiple campuses. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate reports on student capacity, handling admission inquiries, verifying submitted documents, and coordinating admission tests. In addition, this position requires managing the institution’s social media presence by creating and sharing engaging content. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update reports on student capacity for each campus to ensure precise tracking and planning.
- Respond promptly to admission inquiries and conduct follow-ups to assist prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Verify all documents submitted by new admissions to ensure compliance with institutional policies and requirements.
- Organize and coordinate admission tests, including managing logistics and scheduling.
- Manage communications across social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, responding actively to inquiries and engagement.
- Design, edit, publish, and share creative and relevant content to promote the institution and enhance its visibility on social media channels.
- Support the admissions and marketing teams by performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in admissions, student services, or social media management.
- Proficient computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their effective use for communication and marketing purposes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Master’s degree is preferred, which will enhance the candidate’s ability to manage complex tasks and contribute to strategic initiatives.
