Job Description
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the clients
- Liaison with clients to keep them informed and updated with the progress of their campaigns
- Handle and satisfy client queries and concerns on immediate basis
- Coordinate with operaions/production for timely and on-specs quality deliveries
- Cross-sell the wide range of available solutions to clients
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and streatmline business operations
- Provide advice on the full range of products, also liaising internally to maximise knowledge
- Process invoicing and biling through Accounts
- Dliver quality client services
- Record and report
Required Attributes
- Knowledge and experience of promotional give aways and corporate gifts is a must
- At least bachelors degree. Business management degree preferred.
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to handle difficult people and tough situations
- Aptitude to acquire and retain product knowledge
- Strong CS, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Deep client-oriented inclination
- Strong presentation skills
- Selling skills
- Computer proficieny and strong working knowledge of Excel required
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
