- Visualize themes and designs - red hot creativity!
- Expert grip on all popular graphics tools, especially Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop etc
- High sensitivity to color, surfaces, materials, environments, and form
- Can't do without a solid asthetic sense
- Should have understanding of design theories
- Ability to generate themes and ideas, and expand those themes
- Reasonable good written and oral communication at least
- Be able to work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliveries
- Team player and self-starter
- Reasonable presentation skills; should be able to explain own ideas
- Presentable, with pleasant personality and positive attitude
- A proper graphics graduation degree from a repurable preferred
