- Entries in Banking Module i.e. processing of outgoing payments through banks and cash and Incoming payments.

- Arrange summary of taxes payable for management view.
- Preparation of monthly Sales tax return along with necessary computations, annexures on the lines of Sales tax check list as maintenaned by AIC to meet the legal requirements of Sales Tax Audit, get it approved by the depatment head ,arrange payment through cross cheque upto maximum 5th of every month and e-filing of return before 10th of every month
- Manage tax records in precise to compliance tax notices issued by the tax authorties to expalin AIC Position
- Review of tax deduction shedule of the employees as and when there is any change in salary structure / payment of any extra benefits to the employees.
- Collection of tax deducted at source and Keep update record in connetion with advance tax u/s 153 , 148, 235,236,231,234 and 154(2)
- Keep daily update SRO,s with regard to Custom duty , Sales Tax & Income Tax and other regulatory alerts / highlights by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
- Preparation and disbursment of monthly payroll after complete anlysis of attendence sheet / leave records / appointment letters / final sttlements etc before 6th of every month
