Application Supervisor & Office Assistant
- Complete Social Media Handling- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Ad Words, Youtube, WhatsApp & all other platforms (promotion of multiple companies) (having certificate in Social Media Management is a Plus point)
- Replying to customers in English over call, in personal &/or any other channel (Should have a very good command in English).
- Should be able to design posters and take care of all other designing work (animated &/or original) for social media and to be used on other platforms.
- Stay in touch with courier companies ensuring smooth deliveries, payments and all other essentials on daily basis.
- Filing & all other basic office work including basic bookkeeping and track record
- Negotiating with suppliers including supplier development and growth, arranging pick-up from suppliers via courier and delivering to customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, taking feedbacks and providing suggestions to smoothen the work process and satisfying customers.
- Any other office or app related work deemed necessary to be undertaken with full responsibility.
- Flexible work timings + suggestions for continuous improvements is to be given priority.
- Salary Package: 300 Rial Omani (inclusive all)
- Personalised Phone number to be provided and to be used strictly for office & work related tasks and purpose.
- Work Timings: 9am to 1pm - 2pm to 7pm - 6 Days a week (Friday Off)
- Minimum 2 Years Contract (Visa Provided)
