The Assistant Manager Treasury & Corporate affairs is responsible for delivering the standard range of financial information (general ledger and sub-ledgers, trial balances, balances, balance sheet and income statement, cash flow statement), and annex information required for financial analysis purpose and regulatory reporting, and to ensure tax compliance under the relevant applicable laws.

  • In charge of treasury monitoring
  • (AM Accounts)Preparation of group cash flow tool on a bi-weekly basis
  • Preparation of weekly treasury plan
  • ALCO update and coordinator
  • Deals with investments of the Bank
  • Deals with the insurance company
  • Filing of all the statutory & secretarial forms with SECP, SBP
  • Preparation of Board meeting materials, minutes etc
  • Liaison with lawyer on the secretarial matters of the Bank
