The role will include managing emails, taking bookings on the phone, Whatsapp, emails, and dispatching work using our auto dispatch system to the drivers.
The right applicant must be fluent in English, self-motivated, and proactive as mostly working alone.
Right candidate must have computer literate. Polite telephone manners.
Experience in the industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
A full-time and flexible candidate is required as hours are all different based on 8-hour shifts over 24 hrs 7 days week period salary variable to shifts worked position available for immediate start
