Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic influencer & partnership plans that will excel the brand.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns including all contracts, budgets, briefs and reporting all results.
  • Have a strong awareness of social trends and how to interact with them as a brand.
  • Manage the day-to-day interactions on the brands social media channels with advocates to build brand love.
  • Work closely with the marketing, retail, and education teams to build social content marketing plans to be executed in partnership with influencers and the wider team of tilbury retail artists.
  • Manage influencer and PR mailers and always on seeding alongside the PR Co-ordinator.
  • Capture and track organic influencer content and report monthly on brand's status and learnings.
  • Assist with any photoshoot and content creation management and strategy.
  • Be an expert with social and tracking tools used in the business.
  • Provide organized reporting and impactful recaps and presentations reflecting the KPIs of each campaign and always on.
  • Be a strategic thought partner and leader in social media, influencer trends with our Global team.
  • Project manage integrated marketing campaigns joint with the marketing, sales and retail teams.
  • Manage and motivate team members and agencies to deliver plans.


  • Ideally minimum of 5 years PR and Influencer experience
  • A proven background in influencer marketing and PR is essential, preferably in beauty, with both an agency or in-house background as desirable (if coming from an agency, we would be looking at an Account Director or above)
  • Experience in driving ROI with influencer and tracking results through different measurements (google analytics, influencer tracker tools etc)
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic influencer plans with creative flair
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in affiliates, and influencer advocacy and pure players.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Have a flexible and professional attitude
  • Have exceptional organizational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
  • Have experience in the digital landscape – the PR team manage all digital mega influencers
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders
