We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Online Business Development Officer to help us expand our international clientele. You will be the front of the company and will be writing business winning proposals on various project portals.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales
and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Write Effective and customized Proposals to clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Standout among the competition in terms of good proposals and conversations with client
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting
- Must have a Can-do attitude and should not lose hope
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Excellent command on written English is a MUST
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
executive or a relevant role
- Must be a creative thinker and problem solver
- Must cross-sell and up-sell services to clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- International Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
