We are looking for a female candidate as a Customer Service Representative who can provide us the services of a Call Center / Cold Calling Agent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Willingness to manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
Technical skills:

- Aptitude with data
- Bilingualism (Arabic, English, Spanish, German, Russian etc)

Timings: 2 shifts - 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
