We are looking for the services of a Call Center / Cold Calling Agent
REQUIREMENTS:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
- Technical skills
- Channel experience
- Aptitude with data
- Bilingualism (Arabic, English, Spanish, German, Russian,etc)
- Tenacity

Note: 3 shifts - 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Salary Range: 40k to 50k
Gender Preference: (Male and Female) candidates
