Property Consultant

An experienced property consultant (Local & International – Real Estate) to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultant’s responsibilities include developing and sustaining a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income, view properties with clients, and conducting surveys to obtain data. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends. (Females are encouraged to apply.)

Property Consultant Requirements:

Fresh Graduates - Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Internship and proven experience in sales and marketing department.
Must have proven experience in the relevant field property management or real estate. (Local and International).
Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
Fluent Urdu and English Language Skills.

Office Timings & Days: Monday to Saturday – 9:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
