Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to Manage and provide support to LAN and WAN Network devices.
  • Manage Installing, Desktop support, configuring and maintain servers and networks.
  • Providing Technical Support & Troubleshooting, System Maintenance, Information & Experience of Dialers

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor`s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in providing IT support, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Familiarity with call center applications and telephony system.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience Required (Call Centers).
