Responsibilities
- Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels.
- Analyzes recruiting agency performance, as well as cost per hire and time to hire.
- Keeps track of the recruitment agencies' contact information as well as their terms and conditions.
- Analyzes recruitment software and makes recommendations for making modifications to it.
- Identifies tough job openings and examines the best method to fill them.
- Analyzes recruitment software and makes changes and enhancements as needed.
- Build relations with candidates through social media and at events.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to set selection criteria for future hires.
- Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs from candidates who have applied via job boards.
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Measure the results of candidate experience in surveys.
- Manage a candidate database.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years’ experience as a recruiter
- Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions
- Background with recruitment software and features such as ATS
- Can work under pressure and solid time management abilities
Note: Candidate must have experience of call center recruitment
