Junior Estimator Pricing (USA)

A North American based Company is looking Junior Estimator Pricing (USA) with at least 1 years’ experience in US estimation industry. As a Senior Estimator Pricing have knowledge of research and data analysis methods of estimation systems by reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing and submitting accurate Pricing for the US based Projects*.

Duties & Responsibilities

To Assist the Seniors in determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.
Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.
Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.
Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.
Preparing estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.
Conduct regular risk assessments.
Keeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques.
Understand, develop, and compile high-level cost estimates for multiple projects.
Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering, construction management, or an equivalent degree.
1 Years Extensive relevant experience in US based Projects.
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Brilliant management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with -industry-specific takeoff software such as Plan Swift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.
Must have general working knowledge and understanding of all types of construction planning/specifications that may apply to the projects undertaken.
