Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident person to take on the challenging role of Executive Assistant to the UK based CEO. Someone who thrives well under pressure and is not afraid of going the extra mile.

Ideally you will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and able to multitask. Communicating with international clients and partners on behalf of the CEO requires a good command of English. You will be answering calls, managing email accounts, writing blogs and articles, managing social media, performing general administrative duties and assisting the CEO for anything he requires assistance with.

You must have access to a phone/mobile, internet and computer as the majority of the roles will be performed remotely.

Duties include:

Act as a first point of contact for the CEO

Liaise with the Senior Management Team

Manage the CEO’s diary

Monitor and manage the CEO’s email accounts and phone calls

Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Produce and publish Blogs/Articles as directed by CEO

Manage social media accounts

Arrange conference calls, webinars and online meetings when required

Manage on going action logs

Arrange all local and International travel for the CEO

Reconcile the CEO’s expenses

Manage and/or oversee agreed projects on behalf of the CEO

Ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for key business processes and meetings including meetings with management, executives, staff or external parties

Carry out agreed operational activities on behalf of the CEO

Recognise business opportunities and work with CEO to strategically expand and improve company procedures.

Review and continuously improve policies and procedures throughout the business.

 Assist in Human Resource matters as required

Provide mentoring when required to ensure team members excel in the completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Skills.

Educated to Master’s level (MBA or MA English preferred)

Experience in a similar role will be an advantage

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of managing a team in an administrative capacity

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent time management, anticipation and prioritisation skills

Excellent people skills

A positive 'can-do will-do’ attitude

Problem solving skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent IT and Social Media skills

Salary:

Rs 30,000 – 50,000 per month dependant on the level of education and experience.
