The incumbent shall be responsible for;
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in Annual and Bi-annual Performance Management Cycle.
- Conduct different industrial surveys.
- Provide system support and internal support
- Provide data analysis to the head of the department on PMS.
