Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and booking inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain guest records and process payments accurately.
Answer and direct phone calls; provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Follow security procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Maintain daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as assigned.Should be able to write a review on behlaf of the guest and should know about reviews.
She should be able to ask the guest to write a positive review and incase the guest is not aware of the review process she should operate their phone and write it on their behalf.
