Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle payments, make invoices, remind clients about pending bills, record all income and expenses, and keep data updated.
- Prepare financial reports showing the company’s profits and expenses.
- Help the manager make yearly budgets for company operations.
- Keep track of spending and compare it with the budget regularly.
- Make sure all banking and currency processes are done correctly and efficiently.
- Check and match bank and cash records regularly to keep accounts accurate.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- Experience using accounting software like SAP is preferred.
Required Skills:
