Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
- In-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the company.
- Monitors sales data and works towards sales team objectives.
- Promote the proper sale of automotive parts to resolve customer problems with the vehicle.
- keep an up-to-date record of all transactions made.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Follow prescribed cash, credit and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy.
- Arrange and plan showroom inventory to maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Attend selective training as recommended by senior management, to enhance learning and knowledge in responsibilities maintained.
- Establish new relationships with prospective clients and identify new opportunities to attract new clients.
- Efficiently take care of client’s complaints and concerns to the satisfactory level.
