Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales/Transaction report audit - cross-checking of submitted reports with the records booked in the system
- Booking transactions and rectifying errors in the system; Ensuring all records are accurate.
- Processing receipts and confirmation of bank transfers
- Provide support to the Accounting Department as assigned by the manager
Qualifications / Skills:
- Experience in audit/checking of 1000+ transactions monthly (preferably with accounting background)
- Computer savvy (ie., ability to learn new accounting software quickly and with strong MS Excel skills)
- Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- With good or exceptional memory (memorization skills)
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
- Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
- Internet Speed: At least 10mbps
- Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
