We are looking for a dynamic, well-versed in Boolean search, driven and passionate about recruitment candidate who will fit the role of Talent Acquisition specialist with our growing organization.

Hours: 51.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays; 9:00 AM to 1:00 pm GST Saturdays 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays;
Type of contract: Freelance
Duration: 4 months project that can be extended
We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to engage an experienced, reliable and available immediately Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing sourcing strategies for talent acquisition for sales and non-sales roles Identifying strong and applicable talent for all positions' pipeline from different channels and proactively working towards meeting strict timelines
- Initial screening of candidates and in-depth behavior and competency interviewing
- Supporting HR Manager in all new recruitment initiatives and projects
Required are:
- 3 years in screening and interviewing
- Flexible attitude, growth mindset, able to work under pressure and changing business requirements
- Attentive to details, self-organized, inviting feedback
Technical requirements:
- Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
- Headsets (USB based headset)
- Internet speed - 10mbps
- Uninterrupted power supply system (back up of 2-4 hours should be enough, but depends on the frequency and duration of power outage)
- Outgoing and incoming calls
- Quiet background
