We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to hire a motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor for immediate start as home-based position.
We are looking for someone who has strong telesales experience.

Work Remotely: Yes Hours: 51.5 hours per week Rate: $408 + incentives monthly Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM PKT Sundays to Thursdays / 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PKT Saturdays / 9:00 GST to 1:00 PM GST
Insurance Advisor duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain the system for raising renewals.
- Obtain competitive quotations.
- Communicate quotations and advise most appropriate to meet customer’s need.
- Chase and receive payments for renewals and policy amendments.
- Respond to enquiries from clients and underwriters by phone, email or letter and ensure that all information required by client or underwriter is obtained and communicated.
- Maintain an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up-to-date with product developments.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Commitment to provide good customer service
- Fluent written and verbal skills required in English
- Good numeric skills and capable of multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
- Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
- Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, Download speed 10Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection
- Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
