We are one of the biggest insurance brokerage houses in the UAE and looking for a Recruiter for a home-based position to start immediately.
Contract: 3 Months
Work Remotely:
- Yes
Hours:
- 51.5 hours per week
Working Hours:
- 10:00AM to 7:30PM PKT (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST) Sundays to Thursdays
- 10:00AM to 2:00PM PKT (9:00 AM to 1:00 pm GST) On Saturdays
We are looking for a dynamic, well-versed in Boolean search, driven and passionate about recruitment candidate who will fit the role of Talent Acquisition specialist with our growing organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Utilizing sourcing strategies for talent acquisition for sales and non-sales roles.
- Identifying strong and applicable talent for all positions' pipeline from different channels and proactively working towards meeting strict timelines.
- Initial screening of candidates and in-depth behavior and competency interviewing.
- Supporting HR Manager in all new recruitment initiatives and projects.
Desired Skills and Background:
- 3 years in screening and interviewing.
- Flexible attitude, growth mindset, able to work under pressure and changing business requirements.
- Attentive to details, self-organized, inviting feedback.
Technical requirements:
- Laptop / Desktop with webcam (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
- Headsets, Noise-cancel ling (USB based headset)
- Internet speed - 10mbps
- Uninterrupted power supply system (back up of 2-4 hours should be enough)
