We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to hire a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Executives for immediate start as home-based position. We are looking for someone who has a telemarketing representative, sales, and customer service experience.

Work Remotely: Yes Hours: 51.5 hours per week
Rate: $408 monthly + incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM PKT Sundays to Thursdays
and 10:00 AM to 2:00 pm PKT Saturdays
Telemarketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
· Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
· Influence customers to buy the company products and by following a prepared sales script to provide excellent service.
· Action revival and recycle leads, obtain customer information and update request status.
· Complete new lead requests by registering customer’s information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on daily basis.
· Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.
· Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
· Answer customers’ calls & ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.
· Support the unit manager in any additional assignments.
Required:
· Proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Patient and able to handle customers rejection
· Persistent and result oriented
· Skilled on negotiation
Technical Requirements:
· Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
· Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
· Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, Download speed 10Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection.
· Uninterrupted power supply system
· Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
