We are interviewing for an Claims Executive as a home-based position to start immediately. You would be responsible for supporting, investigating, and settling claims whilst ensuring you provide a high standard of customer service to customers of insurancemarket.ae
Responsibilities
- Management of a claim’s portfolio, and handle all claims within the all appropriate service levels, and in a compliant manner
- Analysis of first notification of loss from our customers.
- Gathering necessary documentation and evidence related to the claim received and reporting the loss to the right insurance at the earliest
- Following up with insurance to ensure our customer's claim is approved and paid in a timely manner
- Keeping detailed records on the claims actions taken and all communications with the clients
- Coordinating with insurance providers and insurance appointed repairers and loss adjusters to expedite our customer's claims and resolve disputes within the timelines.
- Staying up to date on regulations and industry standards
- Answering client inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and filing claims
- Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes
- Ability to work flexibly in the Motor Claims Team to meet customer needs
Requirements and skills
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Motor and/or General Claims Handling Customer facing role
- Proven knowledge of contracts of insurance, particularly motor policies
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence internal and external customers
- Experience in a Customer facing role, maintaining standard of quality whilst providing outstanding Customer Service
- Quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
Work Remotely: Yes
Hours: 51.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm GST Mondays to Fridays; and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm GST Saturdays.
Technical requirements:
Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 5thgen and above, 12Gb ram, 120GB SSD and above with webcam
Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, Download speed 20Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection
Note: 20Mbps should only be to one user. If it's shared connection via wifi 50 Mbps above should be the minimum requirement
Outgoing & incoming calls - We need to remotely installed the software that you will be using which you would be able to make and receive calls to/from UAE
Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours back- up
Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
MS Office should already be installed
