We are interviewing for an Insurance Advisor - Medical Insurance as a home-based position to start immediately. Energetic and self-motivated insurance professionals who will go out of their way to delight our existing and bring in new customers.
Jobs Activities:
Work involves outbound calls and servicing incoming queries on medical insurance. Strong consulting and negotiation skills are a must in order to be successful in selling covers to prospects or existing clients and provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call all the way to issuing the policy. You will be preparing and presenting quotations, confidently servicing and consulting each prospect until close of the deal
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
- Demonstrable success working in telesales or sales for a minimum of 2 years
- Apt phone etiquette and friendly phone voice
- Polished convincing and negotiations skills
- Strong MS Office skills and aptitude for working on multiple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement
- Patient, empathetic, adaptable, and flexible
- Typing speed of 30 wpm and 95% accuracy
