We are interviewing for an Operations Executive - Medical Insurance as a home based position to start immediately. We are looking for someone with an insurance background who will support a Sales Advisor in selling health insurance to clients in the UAE. The main tasks are to assist the Sales process with back-office and administrative work. In order to qualify for the role, you should be available for the working hours and days and interested in a long-term committed project.

Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to match the Advisor’s strategy on each insurance inquiry in a prompt manner
  • Navigate through portals with ease and efficiency to generate and procure terms
  • Provide any administrative support on reports, email the customer with documents, and follow the company's workflow process
  • Assist the Sales Advisor with preparing reports, follow-ups, maintaining documentation
  • Collects, reviews and follows up on client information and documents by attending to or making telephone calls; and verifying information & assigning leads.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Informs clients by assisting with the after-confirmation process and application procedures.
  • Reviews applications documents and ensures complete set of documents and information is available and organized
  • Completes KYC, TransApp requirements and verify all clients’ documents are valid, well organized and in line with the protocol for approval for policy issuance
  • Communicates with insurers for the Underwriters’ applications and manages portal applications
  • Keeps track of the applications based on the TAT and ensures payments are completed and tracked
  • Releases policy documents to the clients and maintains an organized system for issued policies
  • Organizes policy documents for booking and uploads required documents for invoicing
  • Maintaining and responsible for accurate monthly business report

Skills and background: IT savvy, attentive to details to provide accurate quotations to the client Sales coordination and customer sales admin support experience of at least 2 years is a plus

  • Confident in providing prompt and consistent administrative and back-office support on quotations, inquiries, policies issuance, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency in preparing official quotations and documents
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload whilst adhering to tight and pressing deadlines
  • Positive, prompt, energetic, eager to learn and take on new tasks with enthusiasm
  • Open to constructive feedback Can easily learn and multi-task in different systems, portals, and applications used in the pre-sales process
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-pressure environment Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
  • Minimum 30 wpm and 96% accuracy
