The Afiniti Creative Development Team is a synthesis of design and development. They take the Afiniti Creative team’s most innovative concepts and bring them to life in an effort to push the boundaries of user interface design and web development.
You'll need both types of skills to develop the next generation of outputs. You'll partner with Creatives and Designers to define and deliver new features, test new concepts and assist with final implementation. Details are critical as you iterate on complex implementations, interactions, animations and pixel-perfect visual products.

The Role
As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of web and mobile solutions for Afiniti.
You will work closely with the Creative leadership to build their direction into fully functioning applications.
You need excellent dev-ops skills and experience, enabling you to architect market-leading solutions.

You have a sharp attention to detail and a passion for new technology. You get excited by new architecture techniques and love the idea of developing highly functional, data-rich single page web applications with dynamic, JS-driven interfaces.
Requirements:
- Technical delivery across the entire SDLC.
- Expertise in software engineering including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, SQL, JavaScript and HTML.
- Comprehensive understanding of the web: protocols, architecture, infrastructure, servers (IIS), proxies, load balancing, high availability and databases, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern patterns and practices: unit testing, inversion of control, repository, MVC and continuous integration, etc.
- Understanding of Cloud and On Premise hosting topologies such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- 5+ years’ or more commercial experience.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate non technical matters simply and clearly to non-tech colleagues.
